"This used to be a great store to shop at when it first opened. Quality has dropped so much and now its like going thru the racks at a second hand store. Very disappointing. One person at the checkout (tho 2 others were standing there chatting) One lady doing a return and on with a shopping cart in front of me. Honestly almost left but my husband talked me in to waiting. Then the shirt I did purchase is so itchy I have to wear something under it to keep it from driving me crazy. Normally I would return it, but I don't have time to deal with an $18 mistake"

"Khloe who was working at the check out line was completely rude and unhelpful. Will not come back to shop after my experience with her! I had a pair of silver jeans which were on the sale rack with all of the other silver jeans for $15, my mom also bought a pair since they are silver jeans and who can beat $15? Well they rang up $40 so I mentioned where they were and my mom showed the manager. The manager comes up and says how she saw that the other silver items were all marked down to $15, so she would give it to me for the price because there was not another pair of the same jeans I had to compare. Well Khole got an attitude with her about it so she refused to discount that one pair, when all of the others were $15 because an associate was mad about it. Looking back I wish I would have just drove an extra 20 minutes to mall and spent $100 on the pair of pants so I wouldn’t of had to deal with the horrible service I received. Will no longer shop at any Goodman’s!"
